I recently had a stay at a hotel in Juan Dolio and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the value for money was excellent - the prices were affordable and reasonable for what was offered. Secondly, the attention to detail in the hotel was impressive. Despite being a not-so-new hotel, the staff made sure that everything was clean, well-maintained and up to standard. Lastly, the location directly ocean front was a major highlight. Waking up to the beautiful views of the ocean from my room was truly breathtaking.

Despite some minor concerns, overall everything was satisfactory.

It appears as though Juan Dolio is giving preferential treatment to other hotels with regards to road repair in front of the hotels.

Only one place to eat nearby

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location directly ocean front was absolutely amazing. It provided stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the balcony being a nice touch for enjoying the surroundings. Moreover, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

No major issues, everything was more than ok.

It was dirty and when I told the staff about it, they said that that was the way the rooms were on rent.

The Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and surroundings where clean and the sound of the waves hitting against the rocks was very soothing and romantic.

The road to the hotel is under construction and their is no parking available. We had to leave our rental vehicle at the curb and to rent a vehicle in DR you have to sign an insurance voucher for $1500 for damage or theft. The closest beach is at a far walk from the hotel and our kitchen and bathroom had seen better days.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The view from my room was stunning, right next to the ocean. The location was perfect, with the beach just down the road in the older Juan Dolio area. The staff members were friendly and accommodating.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was very pleasant. An apartment, really. The hotel is right on the beautiful beach.

The front desk staff seem very concerned about making the payment right away. Overly concerned. To the point of being rude.Staff needs hospitality training in general. For restaurants best to go to Boca Chica, the nearby town.

Friendly staff and nice facility. The pool was very nice and pretty right by the Caribbean.

The location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and close to many restaurants and markets. The apartment was well-equipped with a functional kitchen and a nice dining table, which were great for preparing meals and having family time. Additionally, the pool was lovely, surrounded by a beautiful landscape that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We found a few issues during our stay. First, the apartment lacked certain amenities that we would have liked to have, such as hot water and proper A/C, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Inexpensive, not booked out. Room comfortable and clean. Nice gardens, proximity to the sea.

No restaurant, no activities, no entertainment, some distance to beach, pool in need of repainting, reception staff very slow and indifferent. The resort is almost empty. Hot water very slow and only just warm. If investment was made in staff and facilities to make it an all-inclusive it would attract more guests and justify higher pricing. All the other resorts in the area were booked out that weekend despite being more expensive.

Very friendly staff; quiet place for lovers(me and my fiance) or just relaxation- not a very lively hotel w/ lots of activity and noise. Not on the same scale as the other hotels on this street, but I was very happy with what I got; and will stay with you again if I have the opportunity.
